We make freaking awesome cakes. We make freaking awesome desserts too!

Ganache.patisserie was started by Bianca van Zyl in 2020, the year that the world went crazy.  The crazy times made us realise that we need to step back and cherish the good things in life. 

After 25 years of supplying confectionery to the airline industry, the abrupt stop in international flights gave Bianca the opportunity to start something new and get back to doing what she loves most.    Being creative, making cakes and desserts that are handmade, sexy, tasty and makes you feel good.  

At  Ganache.patisserie  we make delicious confectionery, desserts and cakes.  Our passion is modern desserts made the traditional way, which actually tastes as good as it looks. 

All our cakes and desserts are handmade and come in beautiful packaging, perfect for showing off.

Our confectionaries are made in a small, modern and professional kitchen, by a team that has all been personally trained by Bianca.
