Refunds and Returns Policy:

We unfortunately don’t accept returns based on the nature of our products

We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled 48 hours before delivery

Deliveries and Collections:

Orders must be placed 48 hours before the required delivery date

We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.  Please talk to us for your specific needs and for deliveries outside normal hours and over weekends.

Delivery dates are guaranteed, but unfortunately we can not guarantee specific times.  We will do our best to meet your needs.

What are the Delivery costs: 

R150 for deliveries within 20km of Cape Town International Airport

R150 for deliveries within 10km from Paarl

Minimum order size for deliveries is R350

You can collect free of charge from our factory in Parow Industria, or upon request from our pick up point in Paarl.

Feel free to contact us for deliveries outside of the above areas.

What Payment options are there?

We only accept EFT payments

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
